The hotel had a friendly and attentive staff, which made my stay more enjoyable. However, the room conditions were quite disappointing due to a foul smell and lack of cleanliness. While the location was convenient, especially with easy access to the I-ride trolley, I was left underwhelmed by the overall value for money since the breakfast I paid for wasn't served. It’s a mixed bag, with some positive highlights but significant drawbacks too.

This hotel has a lot of family-friendly features and is in a great location for Universal Studios, which was a definite plus for us. The rooms were a bit musty and the restroom was quite small, but the living space was perfect for our grandchildren.
