Hyatt Place Across From Universal Orlando Resort, Orlando

The hotel had a friendly and attentive staff, which made my stay more enjoyable. However, the room conditions were quite disappointing due to a foul smell and lack of cleanliness. While the location was convenient, especially with easy access to the I-ride trolley, I was left underwhelmed by the overall value for money since the breakfast I paid for wasn't served. It’s a mixed bag, with some positive highlights but significant drawbacks too.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel primarily due to its great location near Universal Studios, which made getting to the park a breeze. The rooms were huge and modern with comfortable beds, but there was an unpleasant mildew smell that was a bit off-putting. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help. Overall, it was a decent value for money considering the amenities offered.
